Providing Meals
Plan ahead, schedule your help and have a GOOD MEAL!
Budget limitation of $200, it will work.  Plan for 22 clowns and 15 Mystics
Have meal prepared to serve by 7:30 PM
Appetizers are appreciated.  Use your imagination!
Committee responsible for all left over food, proper storage of dishes and extras.
Clean up of kitchen and dining area in Temple.  Straighten up at the Park.
Bartender - Line up ice, beer and other needs.  Bartenders should also help the cooks.
Committee Chairman and Bartenders are responsible for locking up!
LOCK UP IS AT 9:30 PM, ONLY AN OFFICER OR MAJOR DOMO
CAN CHANGE THE CLOSING TIME!!
