Lori Stark

Name of Writer: Lissa

Target Realm: ST

Sex: Female

Age: 26

Race: Anadoran (a Caucasoid alien race from the planet
Anadore)

Height: 5'6

Weight: 135

Voice: Low and generally brimming with amusement and
irony.

Hair Color: Jet black.

Eye Color: Green.

Complexion: Incredibly pale.

Build: Medium height, toned and fit, athletic build
with just the right hint of curves. She looks like the
sort of woman who can take care of herself.

Tattoos/Piercings/Scars/Birthmarks: Considering her
line of work, Lori is amazingly devoid of scars. Her
ears are pierced multiple times, but other than that
she is devoid of personal decoration. She does,
however, have a distinctly feline appearance due to
her Anadoran bloodline, and her pupils are slitted
like a cat's. She also has a third eyelid much like a
cat.

Sexual Preference: Bisexual.

Fantasy: To make tons of money and retire to a resort
planet before dying of old age. Barring that, she'll
accept being shot by a jealous wife (or husband).

Strengths: Physically fit, mentally sharp, skilled
with a wide variety of blades and guns, agile and
acrobatic.

Weaknesses: Very impatient, does not maintain grace
under pressure, can have a scathing temper if
provoked, is weak to electricity in particular like
most Anadorans.

Odd Quirks (if applicable): Lori is ADD to the
extreme. Having a conversation with her can be like
listening to a radio randomly switching stations.

Personality: Lori is outgoing, vivacious, fun to be
around, and generally the life of any given party. She
has a short attention span and the tendency to get
bored quite easily. When Lori is bored, things tend to
get unpredictable in her general vicinity. Lori Stark
could sell seven different brands of ice to an Eskimo,
and said Eskimo would walk away convinced he'd just
taken advantage of the bargain of a lifetime.

Hobbies: Gambling, drinking, carousing with
mercenaries.

Skills: Hand to hand fighting, knife-fighting,
firearms. Merchant-related skills such as persuasion.
Intimidation. Alien Archaeology & Anthropology. Is
fluent in a wide variety of languages both living and
dead.

Magic (if applicable): None. Other than their enhanced
reflexes and dexterity, Anadorans are basically
humans. Some would say that her powers of persuasion
border on magical, but Lori would dismiss that out of
hand.

Weapons (if applicable): Two elaborately-constructed
knives with curved handles; a standard array of
firearms.

Occupation: Archaeologist and sometimes merchant.
Captain of the Division 7.

Background History:

Lori Stark was born on Anadore, a jungle planet with a
culture and civilization that approximated Earth's
Renaissance, only more technologically advanced. Her
father is an accomplished artist, who works closely
with the museums to restore paintings; her mother is a
senator in the Anadoran parliament.

Through her father's work in museums, Lori became
fascinated with the artifacts of alien civilizations.
She attended the University of Anadore at Stratwick
and received the equivalent of a Master's degree in
Archaeology and Alien Anthropology. She is currently
working on her doctorate, which requires seven years
of field study.

Anadorans don't quite age the same as humans, due to
the differences in gravity on their planet. Lori is 26
years old, which would be roughly analogous to a human
in her early twenties. She is currently entering her
fourth year of field research. As far as
archaeologists go, Lori is more Indiana Jones than
Lord Carnarvan. She has 'liberated' more than one
prized artifact in her short sojourn away from
Anadore, and while she does faithfully return most of
these to the Museum at Stratwick, she is not above
occasionally selling them to those she feels might
appreciate them more.
