Pampas/Jungle lands is "primitive".
You can live in the jungle or the city. Or travel back and forth as it is all connected in various ways.
There are swamps, mountains, and rain forests with large vine covered trees. No modern devices are here at all. Simple people live here, tribes and small communites thrive. Wild animals and those raised by the villagers. Tar pits, rivers and waterfalls dot the landscape along with high mountain ranges dense with overgrowth.
No weapons beyond the bronze age are allowed in this realm. Visitors from the outside are welcome such as poachers, explorers, treasure hunters, missionaries and those just wishing to escape.
At the center of this realm is the the ancient city of *Katur* which means *Kingdom of Life.* The Ruler is Queen Katelyn who took over the throne after King Jaguar's death. She is the protector of the jungle and leader of her people. Katelyn was transported to this realm from the modern 21st Century.
At the center of the city is the Stone Templeof the Goddess She (Ashea Eeleh) and is connected to another massive building, within the palace itself, that is known as Healer Hall.
Connecting it all are the Dream Walkers, those that have passed over but still continue to watch over those left behind.
It has been realized that this world is a conglomerate of MesoAmerican/Pre-Aztec/Pre-Mayan/Pre-Egyptian culture. And has been surmised that perhaps this world is the birth cradle of all those other future cultures. Which also brings to mind the question of WHY there are modern era people being brought back to this realm.
