Hello, and welcome to Dagnir Glaurunga~the Túrin Turambar fanlisting . Túrin is a character from J.R.R. Tolkien's The Silmarillion. I chose to make a fanlisting for Túrin because he was my most favorite character from the book. His story is a very sad one indeed, but it was also a heroic and exciting one, too. ~The Name~
I named this fanlisting "Dagnir Glaurunga", because it was one of the many names Túrin goes by, and it means in elvish "Glaurung's Bane". He was named that because he slayed the dragon Glaurung, the first of the dragons of Morgoth.
