Your dogs coat needs your daily care. In spite of all good intentions, often you don’t have enough time to take care of it properly. Anyhow it is necessary tot get your pup as young as possible accustomed to frequent care. That way he learns to accept the comb and the brush as easily as his toys.

Why does your dog need a grooming room?

In our trim salon your dog gets more than just a bath: we provide extensive body care. To give your pet the best care, we have to put him on a grooming table. The first moments feel a little strange, but most dogs get used to it soon. It is remarkable how relaxed they undergo the trimming and enjoy all the attention.

We start with a check up of the whole body; eventual ticks and thorns are removed. After that we brush your dog and take out all mats. The inside of the ears are cleaned and all dead hair is removed. Even obstructed anal glands are being treated.

Then your dog will be washed with a good shampoo and showered with a special liquid against ticks, fleas and louses (outer parasites).

We dry the dog with a hair-drier and – dependent on the coat – the dog will be plucked, trimmed or clipped with special scissors and animal clippers.
At last we cut his nails.

Considering all the hours a trimmer spends on your dog, the bill is very moderate.

Finally we like you to know that a professional trimmer will never dope a dog during the trimming. Instead of dope we give your dog plenty of time and attention. We take a break and let your dog have a rest whenever needed.
Nevertheless your dog can be tired when he gets home and might behave a little strange. This is quiet normal. Your dog can jump, shake his head and sniff his body because he feels different. People have to get used to a new look. Dogs too!
