SULLANEROS RECLAMAN POR FACTURACIÓN FRAUDULENTA DE LA TELEFÓNICA ESPAÑOLA
NI EL EJECUTIVO, NI EL CONGRESO NI OTRO ORGANISMO NACIONAL HACEN
NADA POR PONERLE FRENO A LA TELEFÓNICA ESPAÑOLA
Sin
lugar a dudas, que la empresa TELEFÓNICA se ha convertido en una de las
instituciones más repudiadas por la sociedad peruana. Uno
de lo motivos de este rechazo, es la continua facturación de llamadas
no realizadas contra los miles de usuarios, tal como se puede comprobar
en otras tantas denuncias en INDECOPI. En
efecto, Telefónica acostumbra a facturar a los usuarios las denominadas
“llamadas fantasmas”, en cantidades que oscilan entre 50 y 100 soles
por usuario. Generalmente estas llamadas supuestamente son hechas por el
usuario en el servicio de larga distancia internacional. ...Oiga
Ud., esta llamada es al polo Norte...
Lo
estúpido del caso es que cuando el usuario hace el reclamo a la Telefónica,
ésta burlonamente, después de 45 días de una supuesta investigación
que ellos mismos hacen sin la participación del afectado, responde que
la denuncia no es procedente y que el usuario ha hecho la llamada y si
no ha sido él, probablemente fue a
esposa, el hijo, la empleada, el lechero, algún visitante, pero que la
llamada ha salido del teléfono. ...¿No
habrá sido el arropado el que ha hecho la llamada?...
Telefónica
es juez, parte y testigo en la investigación. El
usuario no tiene ninguna alternativa ni forma de hacer respetar sus
derechos y sin ninguna opción de justicia. Pero
Telefónica para “legalizar” su fechoría cuenta con un cómplice.
Veamos. Continuando
con el circo, la Telefónica permite al usuario “apelar” su decisión
ante OPSITEL, organismo inventado por el gobierno con la finalidad de
“defender” al usuario de los “abusos” de la Telefónica. Entonces,
el esperanzado usuario presenta su apelación dirigida a esta parásita
institución llamada OPSITEL. Pero
¿saben donde se presenta esta apelación?... ¡En la mesa de partes de
la Telefónica. Entonces Telefónica supuestamente la deriva a OPSITEL La
tediosa investigación de OPSITEL se realiza, nadie sabe como se hace
este delincuencial trámite, pero en un plazo de 15 a 20 días los
funcionarios de OPSITEL, con el babero puesto, muy sueltos de huesos
confirman lo que la Telefónica había sentenciado: que el reclamo del
usuario es infundado y punto. ¡El
usuario tiene que pagar por las llamadas no realizadas!. Al
usuario, para descargar su cólera, no le queda otra cosa que ir a las
oficinas de la Telefónica, desarrollar una pataleta de los mil
demonios, insultar a los casi ignorantes y autómatas empleados de las
ventanillas, -que sólo cumplen con fidelidad perruna las órdenes que
el amo español les da-, los pobres diablos soportan insultos
irreproducibles aquí, algo así como que va a traer el teléfono para
“zampárselo” no se a quién y no se por donde. O mandarles una
maldición tal como ...Ojalá
que te de una diarrea tal que corras desesperado y cuando pares ¡te
revientes!... Esto es increíble. Esto es incompresible. La Telefónica se burla descaradamente de los peruanos. Roba impunemente. OPSITEL representante del Estado, calla y se come el hueso chupado del amo español. No
hay norma o ley alguna que pueda sancionar estos robos. Toledo,
con la cantaleta de que hay que defender a la inversión extranjera no
hace nada por controlar a esta empresa y le ha dado luz verde para que
siga hurtando, perdón, funcionando en el Perú. El actual
gobierno y Toledo,
pensando en el reenganche con “su” pueblo, le ha denegado a la
TELEFÓNICA la ampliación del
contrato por cinco años, aunque ésta puede solicitarlo al
siguiente gobierno. Es simplemente una lavada de manos de Toledo a más
puro estilo de Pilatos. Dios nos agarre confesados si es que en las
próximas elecciones ganan los..... mejor esperemos. Amigo
lector, saque Ud. cuenta la cantidad de plata que indebidamente la
empresa española sustrae a sus abonados sin que nadie diga absolutamente nada. El saqueo y el robo fue siempre política de los españoles. Es una herencia congénita, lo llevan en la sangre. Es una de las lamentables lacras que los peruanos hemos heredado. En el virreynato, después de haber exterminado a media población indígena, depradaron las minas lavando el mineral extraido con la sangre de los quechuas y enviaban fortunas a Madrid para mantener una realeza española ociosa y parásita, como lo es hasta hoy. Se apoderaron de las tierras y de todo el Perú y ahora de las comunicaciones. La historia se repite. Sigue el saqueo. Los españoles siguen tratando a Latinoamérica como colonia económica. TELEFÓNICA maneja las comunicaciones de casi todos los países de habla hispana. Como gobernantes seguimos teniendo políticos que agachan la cabeza cuando ven objetos que brillan. Bueno,
volvamos a lo nuestro, Telefónica tiene la modalidad de robar de esta
manera, a la “española”. Facturando, llamadas fantasmas
por montos que oscilan entre 50 a 200 soles Entonces,
porqué el usuario afectado no denuncia judicialmente a esta empresa. Dígame
Ud. ¿quien va a iniciar un juicio por reclamar 50
ó 100 ó 200 soles.? Va a salir más caro. Hay que pagar
abogado, pagar impuestos por cada documento que ingresa, etc., etc., y si así fuera, que
garantías da el poder judicial de un proceso justo. Realmente
esto es un caso sin salida que sólo un gobierno honesto y
representativo puede resolver. Por
lo menos, el
actual imposible.
