History of El Sarape

In 1998 a young man came from his home state of --------------to the small village of Ajijic, Jalisco.  He brought with him a dream of opening a restaurant. Like all of us he wanted to jump right into a business but was fortunate in having  a friend who told him that he should work in a local restaurant first and determine what type of restaurant was needed in the area. Thus, his success, "El Sarape." This young man is MARCOS-----
