| �Hurry everyone, it�s already half past one!� Ginny yelled from the bathroom.
�I thought that was my job!� Stephanie said, charming her hair into long curls. �Hermione, will you please bring up my dress?� she called. �Er� I can�t find it.� Hermione said with a worried look on her face. �WHAT? YOU CAN�T FIND IT?� Stephanie yelled, dropping everything that she was doing. �Relax, I was joking!� Hermione said. �Just trying to lighten the mood.� �Hermione Granger, I don�t know what I am going to do with you,� Stephanie fumed. �Is everyone ready?� Stephanie asked. �Oh, Stephanie, you look beautiful!� Ginny said as Stephanie walked into the kitchen with the others. �Seamus� mouth will drop when he sees you!� Hermione said slyly. Stephanie smiled. �Okay, is everyone ready?� she asked, looking out the door. �Er� how are we going to get there? Michelle isn�t even back yet!� Hermione wondered �Michelle is probably already at the church, she was going to get ready there. I rented a limo to take us there,� Stephanie told them excitedly. �I�ve never ridden in a limo!� Ginny said. �Well, you�re about to now,� Stephanie said as a large white limo pulled up in the driveway. They arrived at the church shortly after. Michelle was at the back door waiting for them. Stephanie, Ginny, Michelle, and Hermione all went inside. Stephanie was waiting for Michelle to tell her what the doctor had said, but Michelle never brought it up. They all finished doing their hair and fixing their dresses in a matter of ten minutes. Then it was time to start the wedding. �Okay we�ll meet you out there,� Ginny said. �You�ll do fine, just relax,� Hermione said soothingly. �I am so happy for you. You and Seamus are perfect for each other,� Michelle said, giving Stephanie a hug. �Thanks,� Stephanie sighed. She watched her friends walk down the aisle with Harry, Ron, and Fred at their sides. That�s when she heard the wedding march and her heart fluttered nervously. Her father stepped up next to her, offered his arm, and they walked down the aisle together. She looked around in the smiling crowd and saw Angelina Johnson, Katie Bell, Alicia Spinnet, Lee Jordan, George, Bill, Charlie, Percy, Molly, and Arthur. They were all beaming as though she were their daughter as well. Then she looked at Seamus. He was trying his best to keep his mouth closed and his eyes filled with tears. She made her way up the aisle and finally reached him. The whole time she couldn�t take her eyes off of him. It seemed forever before Stephanie could finally whisper those two little words. �I do.� And before she knew it, the words, �You may now kiss the bride,� were said. Stephanie and Seamus did just that. Every time she kissed him, it always amazed her how wonderful his lips tasted. It was more than sparks. Finally the wedding was over. Seamus and Stephanie stood outside, waiting to greet people as they left. As she was giving hugs and kisses to her friends and family, she saw Lavender. �Hey, thanks for coming! Did you come here with someone?� Stephanie asked. �Yes, but he�s going to be at the reception,� Lavender replied uneasily. She slipped past and Stephanie never gave her another moment�s notice. After all the pictures were taken, it was time to head towards the hall for the reception. They made there way out towards the limo, but before Stephanie climbed in Seamus took her hand and kissed her passionately on the lips. �Come on you two lovebirds,� Fred said. �We have to make it in time for the reception.� When Stephanie and Seamus climbed into the limo, Michelle whispered something to Fred and he said, �No, not now. It�s Stephanie�s day. We�ll say something later.� When they walked into the reception hall, she heard Lee Jordan say, �And here is your new Mr. and Mrs. Seamus Finnigan.� Seamus whispered in her ear, �That sounds really nice doesn�t it?� Stephanie nodded, and knew that this was by far, the best day of her life. |
