It was the day of the wedding. Stephanie was bustling about Michelles house, not sure of what to do first. All Michelle did upon waking was laugh at her. They had to be at the church by two oclock and Stephanie had made sure to get up quite early.

Ginny and Hermione rolled over and squinted. Hermione yawned, throwing her arms up into the air and saying, Its only eight oclock! Cant we sleep for just a bit longer?

No! yelled Stephanie, rampaging through the room dramatically. We have to get up and everyone has to take a shower, then we have to change and do our hair! We cant be late! This is very important!

Do you really have to change at the house, Steph? Ginny asked, finally sitting up. I mean, you can always change at the church. Isnt that what Michelle did at her wedding? I dont remember her being this

But before Ginny could find a word for it, Stephanie butted in. Where is Michelle? She woke up with me, but shes completely disappeared.

Hermione pointed to the bathroom. Michelle had come crashing through moments before, ready to throw up all over the place. Stephanie went to the door and knocked on it calmly. Shell? Shell, are you all right?

The door opened and Michelle stumbled out weakly. This always happens to me after I drink.

Stephanie laughed and patted her friend on the back comfortingly. Dont worry. You take it easy, the rest of us have to get ready!

Michelle wiped her forehead. Actually, Im going to call Fred and see if he can come and get me.

Stephanies eyes widened. Why? Why? Why do you want to do that?

Michelle waved her off. First thing Im going to do is go pick up the flowers and the dresses and take them over to the church. Second thing, Im going to the doctor. This is getting out of hand, Ive been sick for almost three weeks. Somethings not right. Besides, hes got the car.

Stephanie nodded. Are you going to be back by noon?

Im pretty sure. Let me just Floo Fred and Ill let you know.

After Michelle had left the room, Stephanie, Hermione, and Ginny all got up and cleaned up the living room as quickly as they could. After they were done tidying up, Hermione jumped into the shower while Ginny made everyone some breakfast. They desperately needed it.

Michelle flew into the room and sat down as quickly as possible. I am
starving. What are you making, Gin?

Ginny smirked at her sister-in-law and sat down across from her. What did Fred say? Is he coming to get you?

He was really surprised to hear from me, considering he was dead asleep. Said hed come and get me and take me to the doctor. Hes been noticing it, too.

Oh, she said, turning away and smiling suggestively.

Michelle narrowed her eyes at Ginny. Dont do that. It bothers me.

Stephanie ate her pancakes and bacon quickly, threw her plate in the sink, and raced out of the kitchen. Michelle ate her breakfast quickly as well, but only asked for more as opposed to racing out of the room at top speed.

Hermione then emerged from the bathroom, smelling the air happily. This smells incredible, Gin. You can have the shower now.

Thanks, she said and retreated from the kitchen. Hermione sat down and helped herself to some food as she watched Michelle in great interest. So is Fred coming to get you? she asked.

Michelle nodded, reaching for the orange juice. Stephanie passed through quickly and stopped in front of Hermione. Shell, Fred is here. He just pulled up. Hermione, I need you to do my makeup, and before anyone could answer, she sped out of the room.

Hermione looked down at her food and then back up at Michelle. Since when have I ever given anyone the impression that I can do makeup? Especially for a wedding! Ill see you later, Michelle. STEPHANIE! Hermione yelled, leaving the kitchen.

Fred walked into the house and stood by the door. HELLO! he called.

Michelle raced out of the kitchen and threw herself into her husbands arms.

Well, hello, darling, he said, kissing her full on the mouth. It feels like I havent seen you in ages.

Indeed you havent, she answered slyly. Are we ready then?

He wrapped his arms around her and set his cheek on top of her head. I want to stand with you like this forever. Do you remember our wedding?

How could I forget? she said, resting her head on his chest. It was a while before Fred opened the door and led her out to the car. She still felt a little nauseated.

Michelle watched through the windows of the house as she and Fred pulled away. Stephanie was still running around frantically, convinced she wasnt going to have enough time to get ready.

Michelle reached over and took Freds hand in her own. They smiled and shared one thought with each other.
Im glad were done with this.
