| Last night was crazy, Stephanie said as she was brushing her hair out.
But the expression on your face was so funny when you found out that it was Seamus, Michelle said with a laugh. It was so unexpected, Stephanie replied, smiling. Seamus did look rather dashing. Michelle laughed. Fred looked good as well. Well have to try the Polyjuice again. Are you ladies ready yet? Seamus asked, poking his head into the bathroom. I told the preacher that we wouldnt be late. Well make it on time, Stephanie assured him as she gave him a small peck on the cheek. Wheres Fred? Michelle asked as the group made to head downstairs. Im not sure, I think he was supposed to be waiting for us, Seamus said as he made his way down the steps. Fred came out of the kitchen with a cup of coffee in his hand. Are you all finally ready? he asked exasperatedly. Yes, Michelle and Stephanie said, putting on their jackets. They smiled at each other playfully, ready to get the show on the road. * * * They all arrived at the church. Harry, Ginny, Ron and Hermione were already there when they turned up. Finally! Weve been waiting for fifteen minutes, Ron said, looking at his watch. You knew that we were going to show up, Seamus snapped at Ron. Well, are we ready? the preacher asked as he began to skim through the writings. Yes. I believe we are, Michelle answered. Can I have the groom and the groomsmen please? the preacher requested, walking up the aisle of benches. Just then, Stephanies parents walked in. Mum, Dad, we are just about to start! The piano started to play. Stephanies stomach twisted into a knot. Dont be nervous, this is just the rehearsal, Hermione reassured her. If youre nervous now, just wait until the wedding day, Ginny said, giggling. Thanks for the support, Ginny, Stephanie said with a sigh. Stephanie took a breath and began walking down the aisle. She smiled and looked at her father. He had a grin on his face. Hes a good man, her dad whispered in her ear. You chose the right one. She looked at Seamus. He was smiling. She agreed. He was the right one. |
