
Over the few months that we have been open for buisness, customers have been asking for the recipies to some of our dishes.
Although we cannot give away all of our secrets, some of the customer favorites have been included for your dining at home pleasure.
Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- Can of jumbo lump crab meat
- 2 slices of bread
- table spoon of hot sauce
- pinch of oregano
- pinch or parsley flakes
- tablespoon of lemon juice
- tablespoon of old bay
- 1 cup mayonaise
Preparation
- Strain the crab meat thoroughly
- Slice the crust off the bread and cut into 1/4 inch squares
- Put bread into mixing bowl with mayonaise
- Stir gently and add the hot sauce, oregano, parsley, lemon juice, and old bay
- Pack into even balls and cook in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until brown
Shrimp Fried Diablo
Ingredients
- 1 lbs spaghetti
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 8 peeled, non-headed shrimp
- pinch of crushed red peppers
- eyedrop of DA BOMB hot sauce
Preparation
- Steam the shrimp
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until soft
- Heat the tomato sauce in a frying pan until hot
- Add the crushed red peppers and the drop of DA BOMB and mix thoroughly
- Add the shrimp to the sauce and toss
- Pour the sauce onto of the spaghetti and serve
Fettucini Neptuno
Ingredients
- 1 lbs fettucini
- 1/2 qt heavy cream
- 5 peeled shrimp
- 5 scallops
- handfull of crab meat
- cup of parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation
- Cool the fettucini in boiling water for 5 minutes or until soft
- Put olive oil in frying pan along with shrimp and scallops and sautee
- Once the shrimp and scallops are cooked, add the cooking sherry and burn alchohol off
- Add heavy cream and mix until creamy
- Add the crab meat, parmesean cheese, and egg yolk and mix again
- Once thick, pour over fettucini and serve
