BUFFALO BURGER

While in Jackson I had a buffalo burger as I was told I must eat by daughter Lyn.
It was one of the worst burgers I have ever had, dry, tough and tasteless. A big disappointment!!!
This now brings us to Jackson Hole. This name is descriptive of the valley that includes the tourist town of Jackson, Wyoming at the south end and includes the national elk refuge and the well known ski area as well as several lakes and free roaming buffalo. The "hole" is surrounded by mountains, the most famous of which is the Grand Teton.  13,770 feet of snow covered beauty.

Running the generator to use the computer and microwave, but we could only do it between 8AM to 8PM.
Of course that is called CAMPING!  We do not consider ourselves as campers so it took some discipline. But, we did manage.  No TV was the hardest part..
On our fourth and last day at Teton National Park/Coulter Bay campground, I did a very camper type thing, I built a campfire with a bunch of wood left by a previous camper.  Even though it was chilly, drizzly day, I warmed by the fire and read my Agatha Christy tales of Hercule Peroit. A most enjoyable day.
So on June 10th we left the Beautiful Teton Mountains and headed north, a short trip up the John D. Rockerfeller Memorial Highway that connects Jackson Hole to ................
