| -The Werewolf - Fishio and Juliet -The Taming of the Shrew -The Twelth Night -The Tempest -The Case of the Murder of 'The Guy' |
You can probably tell by the titles that Shakespeare has been quite an influence on us. All of our plays with his titles are parodies; the shrew is a large rodent, in the twelth night we have a pixie turn Viola and Sebastion into each other for even more confusion, and in the tempest Arial feels sorry for the frightened sailors and lets them go before they ever reach the island. We considered adding Hamletta, Princess of Denmark to the list and wrote several versions, but none of them worked out. | ||||||||||
| It is from these plays that the Elm Street Players were formed. Sometimes little better than improvisation, we preformed these plays for every family member that ever came to visit, showed them to freinds and entertained other guests. | |||||||||||
