It doesn't matter whether you are professional model or just starting out in the entertainment business, you need good photographs or updated ones.
It's not really professional to send your talent agent or a modelling agency a photographs of you that's either 2 years and 10 pounds older or taken by Uncle Bob or Cousin Larry on the back porch of Aunt Carols home.
The industry requires a professional headshot or a series of professional photos on a comp card that the client (the person that picks you for their product to model in or model for, Eg. a dress or with the new Mustang.
Being an ex- professional model myself and later also having the chance to sit in with the decision makers has let me to show you what is really required by the industry.
You have to realise that the agency or their client(s) don't have the time to go through each and every compcard, they are looking of the most eye cathing poses and styles of compcards that are simple yet stylish, plain but colorful, and above all informative.
Elite Photo does not guarantee you big modelling gigs or million dollar contracts but we sure as heck can lead you in that direction with the most complete photo shoot.

Every thing is ready the next day.
Please remember that we do not print the comp cards or photos for the  modelling portfolio, we however create the templates for your comp cards or head shots along with the photographs so you can get them printed from wholesale printers at a much cheaper price because we give you the duplication rights. Printers charge anywhere from $80 to $150 per photo as a set up fee or lay out fee to make your comp card, since we do your photos and put all the information on your comp card and create the template, all you have to do is to hand them the finished product on a floppy or a disk and they can go ahead and print as many as you want minus any set up fees of any kind.
Since you have so many poses bring the wardrobe that you like and let us do the magic.
Here are some pointers from a professionals point of view.
For both men and women.
Evening wear- dress, skirt, or suit
Sports wear- as you like
Casual wear- as you like
-Stay away from clothes that have insignias, logo, or name brand printed on them, clothes can be stylish and colorful but plain. Eg. Mr NIKE will not like to see a photograph of you in a FUBU outfit, savvy.
-If you are light skinned wear dark colors
-If you are semi dark or dark skinned wear semi dark color.
-Stay away from light colors, Eg. Baby Blue, Pink, Yellow etc.etc.
-Never show your Tattoos or Piercing in a professional shoot, if you can't hide them then good luck because both are Taboos in the world of modelling.
-An all time winner however is always some faded blue jeans with a white collar shirt, red collar shirt, or even a black or red t-shirt with a dash of a black leather jacket or a Navy blue blazer ofcourse accompanied by some good cowboy boots. (We got the hats and the six-shooters)
