The Traininng scheduale is not set in stone. Since we are attempting to create a new and improved type of clan the following may change to adapt to fit our capabilities. If this doesn't work we will analyise why it doesn't and find out what will work. The primary reason for trainning is to build unit cohesion between 2nd Division members. It is my belief that unit cohesion will enable us to work together in effectively descimating our foes. Please feel free to send ELITE_DELETE an e-mail of any concerns and/or suggestions you may have. Each member must report for duty on the schedualed day of trainning for his/her unit. All trainning will be conducted on the squad level. There are 4 ELITE members to a squad not including the Platoon Leader. The Squad Leader is obligated to attend all trainning sessions for his/her squad. If the Squad Leader is unable to attend, then the Platoon Leader must be available to attend in the Squad Leaders place. As Platoon Leader, he/she has the power to appoint whomever he/she feels is a competant Squad Leader at any time. Although, the platoon leader must notify the Battallion CO (Commanding Officer) or XO (Executive Officer) before or immediatel after the promotion in command has been made. It is imparative for the Platoon Leader to notify Batt CO, XO, or LDR (ELITE_DELETE_2D__LDR) so that changes can me made in the command structure. The Squad Leader is expected to host unless he/she appoints a willing and able squad member to host. Eventhough there are 4 members to a squad, the host must allow 6 players to join. The 5th member being the Platoon Leader and the 6th member being the 2nd Div Leader. When we find someone who is able and willing to host up to 10 people we will be able to conduct trainning on the platoon level. However since most games rarely host more than 10 players, I see no reason to do trainning on the platoon level other than for fun competition between squads. If you have a conflict with the reporting date, you must notify your superior via e-mail and let them know you will be unable to attend the specified trainng with your squad. Your superiors can be contacted on the "Chain of Command" page. Just click on the Name of you superior to send an e-mail. For example, if you are ELITE_New Guy_4P/2S-B_Cpl<< your unit tag (4P/2S) lets ELITE members know you are from 4th platoon 2nd squad fireteam Bravo. Then you need to contact the 4th platoon's 2nd squad's Leader. At this time you must discuss a time when you and another squadmate can get together so that the squad member who has gone through trainning will be able to teach you the stuff you missed. If you do not contact your squad leader/platoon leader you will be considered as a no-show. If you have too many no-shows you will be placed on administrative probation pending discharge. |
