Responsabilities

ELITE_DELETE_2ndDiv_LDR: As the Leader of ELITE 2nd Division, it is my resposability to:
1) Ensure that ELITE 2nd Division capabilaties to preform in an effective and proffessional manner are maintained.
2) Have an open door e-mail policy to all 45 members of ELITE 2nd Division.
3) keep both Battallion Commanding Officers (COs) informed, via e-mail or chat, of any new developments.
4) Acknowledge any concerns and/or suggestions reported by Battallion Officers. Then, in a timely manner, discuss and inform Battallion COs of my decision.
5) Create and implement Mission Oders for Battallion CO's to enact.
6) Ensure that both Battallion COs have a clear understanding of the Mission Orders.
7) Know the proper password to be used for Training Sessions.
8) Recieve a Training Session Report Form from your CO.
9) Make appropriate promotions for all 45 members in ELITE 2nd Div.
10) Make appropriate disciplinary actions for all 45 members in ELITE 2nd Div.
11) Have a good understanding of Commanding Officer duties.
12) Have a good understanding of Executive Officer duties.
13) Have a good understanding of Platoon Leader duties.
14) Have a good understanding of Squad Leader duties.
15) Have a good understanding of Squad Member duties.

ELITE_NAME_1/2BattCO_RANK: As the Commanding Officer for 1st/2nd Battalion, it is your resposability to :
1) Ensure that ELITE 2nd Division capabilities to preform in an effective and proffessional manner is maintained.
2) Maintain an open door e-mail policy for your Executive Officer (XO), and your two Platoon Leaders under your command.
3) Keep ELITE_DELETE informed, via e-mail or chat, of any new developments.
4) Acknowledge any concerns and/ or suggestions reported by your XO and Platoon Leaders. Then, in a timely manner, discuss and inform your XO and/or Platoon Leaders of your decision.
5) Obey all orders given to you by 2nd Division Leader (LDR)that pertains to honorable gaming.
6) Ensure that your XO and/or Platoon Leaders have a clear understanding of the Mission Orders.

ELITE_NAME_1/2BattXO_RANK: As the Executive Officer for 1st/2nd Battalion, it is your resposability to :
1) Ensure that ELITE 2nd Division capabilities to preform in an effective and proffessional manner is maintained.
2) Maintain an open door e-mail policy for your two Platoon Leaders under your command.
3) Keep your Commanding Officer informed, via e-mail or chat, of any new developments.
4) Acknowledge any concerns and/ or suggestions reported by your Platoon Leaders. Then, in a timely manner, discuss and inform Platoon Leaders of your decision.
5) Obey all orders given to you by superiors that pertains to honorable gaming.
6) Ensure that your Platoon Leaders have a clear understanding of the Mission Orders.
7) Know the proper password to be used for Training Sessions and inform your CO.
8) Recieve a Training Session Report Form from your Platoon Leaders and make additional comments of your own. Then e-mail it to your CO.
9) Remain an active player on popular gaming sites. You don't have to play with only ELITE 2nd Div members.

ELITE_NAME_1-4PltLdr_RANK: As the Platoon Leader for 1st/2nd/3rd/4th Platoon it is your resposability to :
1) Ensure that ELITE 2nd Division capabilities to preform in an effective and proffessional manner is maintained.
2) Maintain an open door e-mail policy for your two Squad Leaders under your command.
3) Keep your Executive Officer (XO) informed, via e-mail or chat, of any new developments.
4) Acknowledge any concerns and/ or suggestions reported by your PLs. Then, in a timely manner, discuss and inform Platoon Leaders of your decision.
5) Obey all orders given to you by your superiors that pertains to honorable gaming.
6) Ensure that your Squad Leaders have a clear understanding of the Mission Orders.
7) Attend, host, and take command of all Training Sessions in the event that your Squad Leader and/or a Squad Member is unable to attend.
8) Provide a training session password and inform XO of the password to be used.
8) If you are unable to attend you must notify your XO. Be advised that you DO NOT have to provide a reason as to why you can not attend. Your personal business is your own. If you do not notify your XO you will be considered a no-show. Two no-shows will result in your dissmissal as Platoon Leader.
9) Recieve a Training Session Report Form from your Squad Leader and make additional comments of your own then E-mail it to your XO.
10) Remain an active player on popular gaming sites. You don't have to play with only ELITE 2nd Div members.
11) Observe and report any misconduct by any ELITE 2nd Div member to your Battallion XO. Note a date and time of offense and provide a screenshot if you can.
12) Maintain our Code of Conduct. Never cheat, use vulgar language in a derogatory nature, be disrespectable to other players, flood chat screens, indulge in trash-chat against anyone, make accusations without proff, and embarass or place shame upon our clan.
13) Have a good understanding of Squad Leader responsabilities.
14) Have a good understanding of Squad Member responsabilities.
15) Be a good example of an ELITE 2nd Div member for your subordinates to follow.
16) Understand the fact that for the good of ELITE 2nd Div a more effective Platoon Leader can replace your position at any time. The manner in which you accept this will be considered during your review for a promotion.

ELITE_NAME_1-4P/1-2/SqdLdr_RANK: As the Squad Leader for 1st/2nd Squad it is your resposability to :
1) Ensure that ELITE 2nd Division capabilities to preform in an effective and proffessional manner is maintained.
2) Maintain an open door e-mail policy for Squad Members under your command.
3) Keep your Platoon Leader informed, via e-mail or chat, of any new developments.
4) Acknowledge any concerns and/ or suggestions reported by your Squad members. Then, in a timely manner, discuss and inform Squad Members of your decision.
5) Obey all orders given to you by your superiors that pertains to honorable gaming.
6) Ensure that your Squad Members have a clear understanding of the Mission Orders.
7) Attend, host up to 6 members, and take command of all scheduled Training Sessions for your squad.
8) Use training session password given to you by you Platoon leader. You must get permission from your Platoon Leader to use a differant password.
9) If you are unable to attend, you must notify your Platoon Leader. Be advised that you DO NOT have to provide a reason why you can not attend. Your personal business is your own. If you do not notify your Platoon Leader you will be considered as a no-show. Two no-shows will result in your dissmisal as Squad Leader.
10) In the event of a absent Squad Member, you must then pair-up with the remaining unpaired Squad Member. Then your attending Platoon Leader will become acting Squad Leader.
11) You must fill out a Training Session Report Form and E-mail it to your Platoon Leader.
12) Remain an active player on popular gaming sites. You don't have to play with only ELITE 2nd Div members. Allthough, you must ensure all members in your squad are up to speed with training. If a member missed training you must teach him/her the training.
13) Observe and report any misconduct by any ELITE 2nd Div member to your Platoon Leader or Battallion Executive Officer (XO). Note a date and time of offense. Provide screenshot if you can.
14) Maintain our Code of Conduct. NEVER cheat, use vulgar language in a derogatory nature, be disrepectable to other players, flood chat screens, indulge in trash-chat against anyone, make accusations without proof,and embarass or place shame upon our clan.
15) Have a good understanding of Squad Member Responsabilities
16) Understand the fact that for the good of ELITE 2nd Div a more effective Squad Leader can replace your position at any time. The manner in which you accept this will be considered during your review for a promotion.

ELITE_NAME_1-4P/1-2S_RANK: As a Squad Member for 1st/2nd Squad it is your resposability to :
1) Ensure that ELITE 2nd Division capabilities to preform in an effective and proffessional manner is maintained.
2) Maintain an open door e-mail policy for your fellow ELITE Squad Members.
3) Keep your Squad Leader informed, via e-mail or chat, of any concerns or suggestions you may have.
4) Acknowledge any concerns and/ or suggestions reported by your Squad Buddy. Then, in a timely manner, discuss and inform Squad Member of your decision.
5) Obey all orders given to you by your superiors that pertains to honorable gaming.
6) If you do not understand the Mission Orders, you must ask your Squad Leader to clarify it for you.
7) Attend all schedualed Training Sessions. If you are unable to attend you have to notify your Squad Leader. Be advised that you DO NOT have to provide a reason why you can not attend. Your personal business is your own. If you do not notify your Squad Leader, you will be considered as a no-show. After 3 no-shows you will be placed on administrative probation. (admin probation: see discipline and punishment on mainpage).
8) Actively participate during training sessions by voiceing any opinions you have. This is the time to speak up. If you feel a certain tactic is flawed you must identify the flaw and discuss ways to make the tactic better.
9) Remain an active player on popular gaming sites. You are not obligated to play with only ELITE 2nd Div members.Who, when, and how often you play is up to you. All we ask is that you show up to the Training Sessions and proudly participate in the creation of the best clan on the internet.
10) Observe and report any misconduct by any ELITE 2nd Div member to your Squad Leader or Platoon Leader. Note the date and time of offense. provide a screenshot if you can.
11) You must be a willing volunteer to host any game. You can not be ordered to host any game.
12) Acknowledge the fact that we will not win every game played. We may even loose all our games. We are an almost purely expeimental clan. However, if our tactics are sound and our training effective, we will become one, if not The, most deadlliest clan the internet has ever seen.
13) Follow the guidlines set forth by the Code of Conduct. NEVER cheat, use vulgar language in a derogatory nature, be disrepectable to other players, flood chat screens, indulge in trash-chat against anyone, make accusations without proff, and embarass or place shame upon our clan.
14) You must maintain our Code of Conduct throughout your membership with ELITE 2nd Division.

FYI to ALL: If you wish to vent you anger and frustrations, please cloak yourself under another zone name and have at it all you want as long as you don't divuldge you are an ELITE 2nd Div member. In additon, do not tarnish the ELITE 2nd Div clan while you are cloaked under another name. In time, you will find yourself to be very proud to wear the tag of an ELITE 2nd Division member
