Misconduct/Punishment
any member that fails to uphold the code of conduct will be punished. Depending on the circumstances the member will be placed on probation and will not be able to recieve a demotion in rank untill ELITE_DELETE_2nd Div_Ldr deems you are fit for active duty.

1. Administrative Probation: You will recieve a reduction in rank, have your name placed in the Hall of Shame, and not be able to recieve a promotion untill satisfactory improvements are made.

2. Bad Conduct Court Martial: will result in member being given a demotion to the rank of Pvt and be kicked out of 2nd Division. Member will have to change in-game name.
(example: old name=ELITE_STUPID_2D/Mjr�� new name=ELITE_STUPID_BC/Pvt)
1a.in order to be reinstated into ELITE 2nd Division member must show an improvment in ELITE conduct throughout a 2-6 month probationary period. Then must request for reinstatement to ELITE_DELETE_2D/Clan_Cmdr. If accepted for reinstatement, member must pass reinstatement process similar to recruitment process. Then be placed on probationary evaluation.

3. Dishonorable Discharge: member will be kicked out of SNIPERS ELITE 1-Team entirely. Then Member's name will be placed on the clan's "Hall of Shame" webpage with a short description of what member did to recieve punishment.

NOTE: Members who seemed to have fallen off the face of the Earth will be considered "Absent WithOut Leave" aka AWOL. Members considered to be AWOL will be placed on Administrative Probation pending a Hardship Discharge.
