| C L A S S R O O M R U L E S A N D R O U T I N E S In order for the classroom to be a positive, effective, and open learning environment, each student is expected to comply with the following rules and routines. 1. Treat others and yourself with RESPECT. 2. Name-calling, or demeaning and derogatory language, is not tolerated. 3. Come to class with the appropriate materials, including your book, paper, and a pen or pencil. 4. When someone else is addressing the class, listen. 5. When the teacher is talking, you should not be talking. 6. Assignments are to be turned in on the due date. 7. Stay in your seat unless permitted to dance about by the teacher. 8. Questions are always welcome. Ask when you have one! |
