| Putting it bluntly, these are the images of the connectors that I NEEDED to make the stereo headunit I bought work in the dash of an older car from the same maker. The hunt was on for a "Reconnector plug" and after a few visits to local audiophile shops there was one company first mentioned but after talking with that company on the phone and they said, "We have no plans to make such a plug for that model of radio so , I'm sorry." Wellll, Metra is not gonna help soooooo, on to the only real other company for Car Stereo parts. "Reinstalling a stock headunit with a length of wire long enough for resplicing" on them to be cut and spliced into the dash of my GL-10 subie. That wasn't to difficult once it was found and ordered. |

| These are the installed images of the 6-Disk changer Tapeplayer headunit that was from a 2002 Subaru that now resides in a 1987 GL-10 Turbo Wagon. Not too shabby if I may say so. (yeah the floor needs to be vacuumed , I know, but there are a few more things being done to the car right now.......when i get the batteries recharged I'll go out and get some pictures of how I have the metal frame "cut, bent, and repositioned" to accomidate the two face plates and the long screws that hold it all in place. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
