| So, you want to know a lil bit about me, eh? Well, let's see. My name is Jessica. I'll be a senior at Ohio University in the fall of 2001. I'm majoring in Magazine Journalism and Spanish. Time goes by so slowly, but time can do so much, so they say. I guess it's pretty obvious that I love music, especially lyrics. My main squeezes are Elton John and Bernie Taupin. However, my taste is rather broad and runs the spectrum from alternative to soul to pop to jazz to whatever. I also have a weakness for old standards like Gershwin and Irving Berlin. You'll have to pardon the relative simplicity of this site. I have lots of sweeping and eccentric ideas, but my knowledge of HTML is inversely proportional to what I hope to accomplish with this page. I chose to be a writer and make no money, instead of a computer programmer and make zillions. Good thinking, self. Anyway, I hope one day to be a music journalist, working for Rolling Stone, Spin, or something equally cool. I know - it's a long shot. But it doesn't hurt to dream, right?
