The Aim and How to Use this Web Site

The author intends to use this electronic law web site as an online educational tool for the public with free of charge. Although the author is a lawyer, there is no any material in this web site that aims to give any legal advice other than general information. The web site is bilingual: Thai and English versions. The author tries to update the Thai version more often than the English version. The Thai part also focuses on overseas information regarding foreign IT laws, news and overseas judgments related to Internet and technology matters. However, the English part concentrates on IT laws and policy in Thailand . Please, feel free to use this material and information from this web site .
