HOW TO MAKE MY RESERVATION

STEP 1:Check availability for your reservation
We accept request of reservation by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time, Mexico City) from Monday to Saturday
or by email.

Your reservation by email must contain the following informations:
- Your name
- Adress, City, Country
- Number of persons
- Sort of room (Private or Shared Bathroom)
- Date, Hour of arrival (Check in), Number of nights
- Date of Departure (Check out)

STEP 2:To comfirm your reservation
- By E-mail you will comfirm the avaibility and will give you a pre-reservation, you must comfirm it paying a fee of reservation of 150.00 MXN Mexican Pesos (See Cancelation) at our account PAYPAL: [email protected]
- This sum will be discounted of the total cost of your stay

STEP 3:Reservation comfirmed
- when we get your payment, you will receive an E-mail comfirming your reservation.

CANCELATION:
- In case of cancelation your payment of reservation will not paid back (Charge of cancelation).
