Lewis Sicker

LEWIS SICKER (Lodewyk Sikker-Sickker) was born 1738 in Wittemburg, Germany. At age 17 he served in the Canadian War as a German soldier in the English service. By permission of his general he remained in Canada, working on a farm in Schenectady County, New York. His employer sent him with two slaves to a Mr. Fratt in Albany County where he was invited to remain over Sunday. He met and married on 23 Nov 1765 in Albany, New York, the "farmer's daughter", Christina Fratt (Fratsen), born in Holland.

John Sicker

JOHN SICKER (Ludwick Sickles) died 1850 in Linton Township, Coshocton County, Ohio. He married on 12 Nov 1800 in Albany County, New York to Charlotte Kirker (Latte Carker-Kercher), daughter of Henry Kirker and Margaret Campbell. All of John and Charlotte's children were born in Albany County. They moved to Ohio in 1835.

John H. Sicker

JOHN H. SICKER was born 25 Aug 1819 in Albany County, New York and died in 1904 in Coshocton County, Ohio. He married on 19 Dec 1839 in Coshocton County to Jane Roderick, daughter of Lewis Roderick (Rodruck-Rothrock) and Sarah Bell. Jane Roderick was born in 1820 in New York and died in 1901 in Coshocton County.

Margaret Jane Sicker

MARGARET (Maggie) JANE SICKER was born in April of 1843 and died after 1900. She married (1) on 24 Nov 1859 in Coshocton County, Ohio by Rev. J.R. Killey to Daniel Meeks Anderson, son of Daniel Anderson and Margaret Hill and (2) to N. B. Kiest. Daniel and Margaret's children were born in Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
