JACOB HARMON married on 30 Oct 1797 in Frederick County, Virginia to Christena Mock.
SUSANNA HARMON was born ca 1805 in Botetourt County, Virginia, and died 1846-50 of typhoid fever in Gasway, West Virginia. She married on 25 May 1821 to Ezekial Rose, son of Isaac Rose and Margaret Forsythe. There is a question of where the marriage took place, Pennsylvia or Botetourt County, Virginia (now Greenbrier County, West Virginia). Ezekiel was noted for his integrity. He died of plurisy. The graves of Ezekiel and Susanna were moved from the Brock cemetery between Frametown and Servia on a hill west of his farm near Exit No. 46 on the south bound lane of I-79 to Sugar Creek Cemetery near Gassway, West Virginia. The well enclosure on Ezekiel's farm can be seen by looking east from exit sign No. 46.

NOTE: Sophronia Rose, by all accounts and records, was killing by a falling tree. The dispute is the details of Sophronia's death. 1) She was 12 yrs old when she was killed by a falling tree. 2) She and her horse were killed by a falling tree when she was coming home from the mill. 3) She married Marion Harrison and was killed by a falling tree.
