Dreams

Quickly I had crumbled and fallen to my knee's
I arrived here on a wing and a prayer along with
distorted need.
You came along adding rhythm to my rhyme.
You came along and believe in my dream.

Five nights a week in the coffee house and I sleep
in the parking ride.
A drifter can only drift as long as the wind is on
their side.
You came along to help me find my way.
You came along and you believe in my dream.
You believe I can be anything.

I heard my own voice on the radio last Sunday afternoon.
I knew right then I crossed a bridge, worked hard and
paid my dues.
You came along and encourage me to sing
You came along and believe in my dreams.
You believe I can be anything and everything
in my dreams and in reality.
