business persons of East Los Angeles, a commitment was made and the
East Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce was established in March of 1988.
The Chamber set out to bridge the lines of communication between business
and the general community, business to business, and most importantly
business and our civil leaders and service agencies
"Progress Through Unity" is our motto and we wish to represent all the
business associations within the community and the productive Chamber of
