Almost every city in the country has a Chamber, and there's a good reason for that.  It is very difficult to operate a business without the assistance of a Chamber of Commerce.  It is one of the most cost efficient ways to :

The benefits you will recieve from the Chamber membership will, without a doubt, be many times more valuable than the normal annual fee.
The services that the Chamber provides depends on the needs of the business community.  Some of the services the Chamber is currently providing are:


Referrals:  The Chamber receives many calls each month from individuals seeking referrals.  The Chamber always refers Chamber members first.


Business Luncheons:  Information luncheons are held monthly.  The topics to be discussed (or addressed by a guest speaker) are decided by the Board of Directors from requests of the Chamber members.


Legislative Action:  The Chamber acts as the voice of the local businesses on legislative issues at the local, state, and national levels.


Business Mixers: Social evenings are held at Chamber member's place of business.  It is an opportunity to network and meet the other business people of the community, exhange business cards, and learn more about the community.


Advertising: The Chamber assists businesses with promoting their products and services through mailings on a monthly basis.
