Earnestly I do not remember how serious we were when we started it. But it went of well. This was also the project for my Graduation. We won the Best Project Award too. I worked with 6 of my friends. I will always cherish those days and nights with them for Stupid. The best thing that came out of that effort was that we had a repositry of documents and information on Operating Systems. I must frankly admit that we learnt a lot out of the effort. May be later in life when we find time we will work on it again:)

The first solid work of mine after I entered college. That was the time when I was thinking of contributing to the Open Source community. I was looking out for a software that is not available in GNOME and found there was no GUI based file splitting and joining tool. Thats how this one started off. Was accepted quite well in the community. It was ported to Debian, Mandrake and even BSD. I have not sustained it for long. A tool that gave me a bit of satisfaction at the end. The best thing I remember with regard to this tool is the trip to Shanmuga College, Tanjore for a software presentation. A wonderful trip indeed!
