Wow, is it just me or is the year flying by fast? It's already MARCH!!! I can't believe it! I don't want our senior year to end so soon though. I'm actually enjoying school! I KNOW, it's ridiculous. But...I dunno...I guess I've just been so used to it and it's sad to think about leaving all these things behind and starting a new. I'm gonna miss sooo many people! *sniff sniff* That's why I keep trying to push this thought away. Whenever I think about college and graduation, I get all teary! Sigh...it's sad. I cry all the time! :P LOL.
Anyway...this week is not so bad. I haven't been given much hw and it feels so weird! I'm actually relaxed and have free time. And YET, I still only sleep for 6 hrs! WHY IS THAT??!?! Haha...I don't understand myself either. But my weekend was marvelous. I didn't do much except chill. I only had an hour worth of hw! I cleaned my room, I did all the little things that I had been putting off, I actually listened to CDs lying on my bed and wasn't worrying about anything at all. It was fantastic! And the weather has been sooo nice lately - all the 60s! I can actually go out without a jacket and I'm even wearing shorts and skirts and flip-flops! It's awesome! :D
So yesterday after school, both Ali and I had no hw. We decided to go have some lunch and do some shopping at Tyson's. We left right after school and it was kinda weird...only a few minutes after the bell rang, everyone was gone! Anyway, we got to the mall and went straight to the food court. We were both starving! We decided on McDonalds and we sat there talking for more than an hour. We had so much to talk about. We went around to find some clothes afterwards. I bought a few blouses that I like and then I was being a fashion guru for Ali. She wanted to buy some party clothes and of course, I'm good at that! *wink* Haha...right...I'm SUCH a party girl! LOL! I found her a really really pretty pink skirt. It has ruffles that go down to the knees and it has two shades of pink - the darker pink is the inner layer and it's a little longer than the outer one which is a pale pink. And then it has a little flower at the waist and the fabric is soooo light and comfy! She tried on a few skirts and then she tried the pink one. She liked it but she was unsure. I tried it on too and I just loved it!! But since I was finding clothes for her, I persuaded her to buy it! I know she loves it too. I'm soooo happy she got it! Of course, I had to threaten her! If she didn't get it, I'll buy it! HAHA! She bought it so I'm glad. I was doing run-way walk too in the little hall outside the fitting rooms. I was teaching her how to walk like a model. We were just having fun. It was GREAT! We also looked at some prom dresses but we didn't find anything we like. *pout* But we ran into about 5 Marshall people so that was pretty funny. Sigh...I just felt like a regular senior who doesn't really have much stress with school and not much hw. I was SHOPPING on a Tuesday and I was actually having fun and totally relaxed?!! Ahhh!! It's outrageous! Haha. :P It was a very fun afternoon.
Today was a so-so day but after school, Ali and I went to Physics review session for the IB exam. I know, we have 2 months left but we're starting to review now. Afterwards, Ali had about 40 minutes to kill before her TOK class and band practice. She wanted to go get something to eat and since I don't have any hw for tomorrow either, I said we should go together. Anna wanted a ride too. So we all got into my car and I started to drive. I've only gone a short distance when I realized that there's something wrong with my tires. So I stopped and we all got down to look at it. There was a huge nail stuck in the right rear tire. The tire was flat. I had a spare but I've never changed a tire and I didn't really know where to start. I've seen my dad do it but I wasn't sure. Fortunately, Arash was driving by and he saw us and stopped. He helped me change my tire and since both Anna and Ali didn't have much time, I asked them to go by themselves. Ali went back to the parking lot and got her car and they went off. But I was so glad that Arash was there. I was like a damsel in distress! HAHA! So he showed me how to change the tire and I was getting some hands-on experience. It's actually not hard at all! But I won't want to do it again!! LOL. :P But because of Arash, I was able to get home safely. :> He's such a sweetie!! THANK YOU, ARASH!! Aww...are you blushing?!? Hehe...so yeah, that was that. It wasn't too nice but I guess I was lucky though.
So...I really can't wait for all my sisters to come home. Lynn is coming back tomorrow from Boston and Aye and Wynn are coming back on Friday. And all the birthdays that are to come in a week!! Aye's birthday is tomorrow, then it's Wynn's and then my dad's! And then another family friend's b-day is Tuesday. All the food!!! I'm gonna be so full! Haha. But apparently, my sisters and I are going clubbing Friday night! Yay, my first time at a club. :D That'd be interesting, right? Hopefully, I'll like it and have tons of fun. But it's a bummer that I can't go to a party on Saturday night. *pout* I really want to go but then my whole family will be home, including Ko Wai, and plus it's my dad's birthday. :( Well, birthdays are special and I want to be with my family. It'll make my dad happy. :)
So yeah, that's about it now. Not much going on and but I know the next week and a half is gonna be a bit hectic. All my sisters will be home, all the teachers will assign tons of hw and then the whole Bands & BBQ to take care of. You should be there too! If you know me, you should be there!!! If not, you'll have to deal with me!! LOL. Oooohh...I'm scary! Haha. Anyway, I'm done babbling on for now. I'm gonna go update the site a bit while I have some free time. Bye now!
