In order to gauge how strong you are compared to players/NPCs of higher levels is simple. Say you are on Level One and you're fighting someone on Level Two. And assume your Strength was on 15, it would be like it was 14 against the person One Level higher. If your opponent was on Three then your strengh against them would be 13 and so on
