Technique List
The process of joining the site is very simple so just read what's below
When you join the site you need to make your own character! This is years after the show is over so you need someone new.
I also realize that when people first become Genin's they're only 12 or 13, so try to make your character a kid, or teenager, and come up with some kind of excuse if you have a bio.
Unless you manage to roll an existing bloodline, try not to look like people from the show, A lot of the pictures I've gotten have been of existing characters. And if you do use a picture of an existing character make sure it could pass off as not him/her.
I need his/her Name, Age, Hair/Eye Color, and if the picutre doesn't have a full body shot of him/her I need you do say what clothing he/she wears.
A short bio would also be nice, but that's optional
Also if you have any weapons you need to list that as well.
Advanced Bloodlines
If you want to be part of an already existing Advanced Bloodline you can request it. But you may not get it! We can't have everyone being from the Uchiha and Hyuuga Clans. To decide this I'll use a roll program using numbers from 1-100, if you get under a 10 or 90+ within three rolls you'll get your desired bloodline.
You can also have your own family bloodline but you have to go through a similar rolling process.

As for starting techniques everyone starts with the Basics
Transformation Skill (Henge no Justu): The ability to transform into another person or even a meterial thing such as a weapon
Body Substitution (Kawarimi no Justu): This allows you to switch yourself with something else so that you can run away/hide/ambush/etc
Shadow Clone Art (Bunshin no Justu): Basic ability that allows you to make one shadow clone of yourself, upon recieving a direct hit the clone will disappear
Your other technique is pretty much your bloodline, just basic stuff for now, but if you don't have a specific bloodline you can make up your 'special' or whatever
