Q. Is it worth repairing?
A. Yes! Especially if your equipment is less than five years old.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. Total repair bill usually cost about 15% to 35% of the price of a new unit.
To give you an accurate estimate, we require a $20.00 deposit, of which $10.00 is non-refundable. (For TVs bigger than 27", we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.
If you agree on the estimate, $20.00 will be credited from the total repair bill.
If you don't agree or the unit is beyond repair, $10.00 will be given back only if you pick up the unit.
Unit not picked up 30 days after notification will be disposed. Your $10.00 refund will be use for disposal fee.
Q. How long will it take to repair?
A. If parts are available, it will take about 2 to 3 days.
If not, we have to order them off-island and will take 3 to 4 weeks depending on availability.
