Function:
Maintaine Cities table, Add cities, edit city code and name, and delete cities. This list of cities is used to identify the city from which the guests came.

Opening Page:
Click on City definition button in the main menu of basic data module.

Data Fields:
Data necessary to define Cities are:
Code is a code of city used as short identifier to city. It may be international telephone number of a city with a sequence number if necessary or any short city name used by air lines.
City Name is the name of city dispayed in forms and reports.
The page also includes a field showing the total number of cities defined.

Function Buttons:
In addition to the buttons used to transfer control between cities defined, there are buttons to perform the following functions:
Add to add new city
Edit to change the fields of existing city.
Delete to delete an existing city. The city in this case must not been used in Guest Residence data.
In the edit or add mode two buttons apears: Cencel button to cancel changes done and Update button to accept and save changes done.
