Egohalo is a part of a vehicle intended as an alternative and preferable form of occupation for me. Success represents the fulfilment of my hopes for spiritual and material comfort.

This is not so much a case of being not a certain type, more that of maturation. I believe it is ethical, comes naturally and easily. I began writing this kind of material while at polytechnic sharing a flat with two fellow student, one of whom kept a diary, and I decided to follow suit. My diary became self-analytical and assisted me to work out relationship problems that I realized after some years of writing could be useful to other people. Hence I began with The New Age Bugle in 1994, and in 2002 I published a book.

I desire to make known the quality of life for the having through this way of life. Instead of being a well qualified electronics engineer why not a well qualified solver of the world's problems / problems in the world? While I am remonstrating with my lack of success in the secular world, I nonetheless believe I have something worthwhile to communicate. Compared with the need to heal the world, the possibility of my ineptitude as a motivation speaker may be worth the taking the risk.

My brief time at Sussex University was an opportunity to meet regularly a campus full of intellectuals and sample their ideas. It was here I entered into a great many philosophical discussions (over a well relaxing pint or two), and found my thoughts well reflected in some eastern spiritual texts. Experiences at this time in my life contextualized my new found esoteric interests and I became forever transformed into a �spiritual type�.

The next major turning point was my discovery of the very probable existence of God. If he (/she?) existed there may well be the worst case scenario of hell (�the understanding of this will bring sheer terror�). Hereafter, developing my spiritual and metaphysical (more �speculative enquiry into being, substance, time, space�, than �transcending what is physical�) thoughts with this revelatory assurance. I discern spiritual knowledge through research and insight � my self development product. Sometimes I receive a stream of ideas to note; I decide which and pre-empt exhaustion.

With this revelation � the eye in the sky � I am saved in so far as being the witness; I am satisfied of God�s (to be honest, an unexplained higher power as author of the cloud formation) existence and possible damnation. I stay on the right track � while the correct track is continually under development, but classical �sins� are also not broached. I live this �classical lifestyle� with the aim of entering heaven � a graduation to the next human developmental stage, where I will discover my true wife (only male / female relationships in heaven) and live in the community happily ever after for eternity.

Egohalo is intended as a successful path to the afterlife and the successful path in the present life through a concept I call �retrogression from self-destruction�.
