Page Eleven Panel One: Fire escape, day, exterior. Half running half falling down the fire escape Jack makes his exit from the building. Hes bumping into things as he goes because hes taken quite a bit of abuse over the last few days.

CAPTION: Now if I dont get caught and can think of a place to go Ill be fine.

Panel Two: Bottom of Fire escape, day, exterior. Hes reached the bottom and is running haphazardly away from the building.

CAPTION: Theyll be watching my place, out of cash so cant hit the bar...McManus place. Shit hes dead whats he going to do with it.

Panel Three: Residential project neighborhood, day, exterior. Jack is sweating badly and looks like hell. Covered in blood and running funny enough for people to cross the middle of the street when they see him coming and mother make there children come inside.

CHILD: That mans hurt.

MOTHER: Stay away from those people hes probably hopped up on that crank come on inside.

CAPTION: Its gotten to the point where I scare children. I need a new line of work.

Panel Three: McManus house, day, interior. Jack laying face down on the couch in McManus living room. The front door is wide open with the area around the knob splintered off and on the floor same for the door jam. The house is dark other than the light pouring in from outside.

Panel Four: McManus house, night, interior. Jack is sitting up on the couch holding his nose. The house is now completely dark and the door is still open.

CAPTION: Not one of my finer moments. Glad they dont call the cops here.

Page Twelve Panel One: McManus house, night, interior. Jack is shutting the door with his eyes closed to hold out the pain of everything hes been through and maybe he also misses his partner.

JACK: Sorry Mc.

Panel Two: McManus House, night, interior. Entering the kitchen he turns on the light and squints at its brightness. The kitchen is large, but looks very unused McManus being single this should come as no surprise. On the wall though is a cat clock with the swinging tail.

Panel Three: McManus house, night, interior. Taking off his coat he turns on the water and starts to attempt to clean himself.

JACK: Im no good like this.

Panel Four: McManus house, night, interior. Gently striping off his shirt and walking out of the room Jack heads for the shower. We never show people in the bathroom its just a waste of comic time.

CAPTION: He broke my nosethey broke my nose.

Panel Five: McManus house, night, interior. Close up on the swinging cat clock it should read an hour from where it was.

Panel Six: Walking back into the kitchen he has new clothing on that is rather large for him but since hes a built guy just looks long. He wounds are clean and bandaged like his arms and the small cuts on his face. There isnt anything he can do for his nose so its left alone. Hes also holding a green duffle bag open and filled with weapons.

CAPTION: At least I get to look like Shaft when I go back. Where the hell did he find this shit? If he wasnt so dead Id kiss him.
