Services

Services offered by the Curriculum Materials Center include:

Reference Assistance
Assistance is provided in locating and using materials available in the Center. Staff members also are able to provide bibliographic services in order to locate materials that are not physically located in the Curriculum Materials Center.

Bibliographic Instruction
Staff members are available to provide bibliographic instruction classes in the School of Education. Faculty are asked to schedule an appointment two weeks in advance of the class visit. In addition, staff members work one-on-one with visitors to the Curriculum Materials Center.

Reserve Materials
Faculty members may place items on reserve for their students to use while in the library. Reserve materials do not circulate.

Computers
Computers are available for online searches using the UNC online catalog and other Internet resources. Staff members are available to help users in the search process.
