The Mill is made mostly out of maple, and I got the idea for it from an article written
by Jeff at Beer Tools.  I had to make up the dimensions because he wouldnt share
his proprietary info with me  (he said he sells the kits to make them).  Anyhow, the
feed hopper will hold about 4 pounds of grain and the catch hopper will hold almost
8 pounds.  I can crush 10 pounds in about 5 minutes or less and it has adjustable
rollers.  Its 34 inches high, and kinda heavy!!
The mash paddle is also made out of maple and its about 37 inches high.  This is a must have for mashing!!!!
