After I started this project my Doctor told me I had to have knee replacement surgery so the boat stayed as you see it for a few months. This shows the keel and bottom assembly with the rounded stem instead of the square like the plans show. The keel and stem joints were joined with rabbet cuts and laminated between 1/4" stock with epoxy glue, I felt this was stronger.
As you can see I was finaly able to start back to work on the boat thanks to my golf cart and crutches. By using enough clamps the deck went real smouth.
When you assemble the deck, bottom and bulkheads into one assembly extreme care must be taken as to the allignment of the parts or your boat will have a permanent warp to it, I learned the hard way.
