What a typical home/office/ shop visit is like?

You would start off by emailing [email protected] or calling (440) 352-3706 or (216) 712-4369. Then describe the symptoms that your computer is exhibiting and any steps you have taken to rectify it (chances are that the technician will perform some or all of the steps once he's on-site because it's a part of his methodology, but it's preferable that we hear it from you anyways). Once EC is contacted, we'll set up a time for an Onsite Service (a house call), where we will perform our services on site. Our Lab Service (our office) is usually reserved for clients whose PC problems are more severe. Our on-site services usually last no more than 4 hours. If this is our first visit to your home, office or shop, you can most likely count on us spending the entire allotment at your computer (because we're unfamiliar with where its been, what its been through, what the quality of the computer hard ware is and exactly how its configured). Once our services are complete, we will hand the computer back to you and stand ready for your inspection. Once the inspection meets with your approval, we will type up an invoice on your computer (and print it upon your request). At which time you compensate us for services rendered and then we leave the premises.

Our average customer pays $75.33 (including sales tax) for our services in Lake County. That number is derived from our clients usually requiring an On-site Service and a PC Maintenance and Repair. In the surrounding counties, it will be slightly higher because of their rate of sales tax. We will service clients in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina and Summit Counties at our advertised rates as shown in our Fees and Services section of our Web site.
