You are given a yukata
to wear in and out of your room.
Your room will be a
traditional style room. You do not wear
street shoes in a ryokan since this is considered quite rude.
Meals are always exotic
with lots and lots of specialties.
Each person can take a
traditional hot springs bath with most of the other hotel guests! You wash all of your body before you enter
the bath. This bath looks like a
shallow hot swimming pool. The area is
hot and steamy. A lot of naked bodies
can be seen walking in and around the bath. You are only given a
tiny towel to dry off with.
