Edwin Ebreo is currently a freelance, part-time trainer and speaker partner in one of the country's leading training companies. He also works full time as Human Resource Manager for Athena E-Services Corp, one of the country's fast rising business process outsourcing companies. He once served as HR Manager for PET Plans' three subsidiary companies where was responsible for the development and implementation of company-wide HR and OD plans. Ed's experience in managing and developing human resources of companies that engange in I.T., business process outsourcing, retail, financial services and pre-need gave him an in-depth experience in dealing with various types of organizational situations.

Ed took up A.B. Mass Communication at New Era University; he has been conducting various courses and workshops for more than ten years. Ed has designed and facilitated such courses as Trainers Training, Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring, Performance Management, Basic Supervisory Course, Meeting Management, Teambuilding, Values Orientation, Visioning Exercise and Labor-Management Cooperation among others. He is also an active member of Toastmasters Club International, an organization whose goal is to help people develop better listening, thinking and speaking. He organized SPI Toastmasters Club where he served as President in 2001.

Ed's exposure in leading teams for 11 years and his expansive use of experiential learning and group dynamics as a learning methodology for most of the courses he conducts helps him in developing suitable courses for teams and team leaders at various levels. He has served as trainer and resource person for the following organizations:
