What's The Latest?

1/6/09: On Sunday a few of the guys went over to Larraine's place to install her new Rubicon Express rear lower adjustable control arms. The rear pinion angle is now correct and her driveline vibration is gone. Josh also installed a Warn Dana 35 diff skid that Larraine has had sitting around for a while. Pics have been posted.

12/16/08: Our first snow run of the year is in the books. We went to our usual spot, which is up Eagle Creek Rd east of Oakridge. We spent quite a bit of time winching and trying to get people unstuck, but we made it home with some good photos and a few Christmas trees. Matt lost a few hub bolts and had one of his full-floater axle shafts walk it's way out of his rear axle housing. Luckily we caught it pretty quick and he was able to put it back in (after pizza, of course) and limp back home. Click on the PHOTOS page to check it out!

12/3/08: Larraine ordered some new rear lower adj. control arms from Rubicon Express, and they're being shipped as we speak. Once these are installed they should cure her rear pinion angle woes. Also, Aaron just got the FJ out of the body shop after being involved in an accident on Coburg Rd (not his fault). The FJ is rollin' again, with a brand new WARN front winch bumper. I think the old bumper was about due for retirement...

11/21/08: The crew doesn't know it yet, but the new website will be an early club Christmas present. We hope to have it up and running by Dec, 1st (or maybe sooner). All that's left to do is the individual vehicle pages, which will take some time.

And yes... pictures of the '48 Jeep Willys are coming soon.
