Preparation

What we are doing could be done the day of the build, but doing this work know allows us to focus on actually working with the straw and seeing some incredible results quickly. Or so I anticipate.

The corners are rough 2x10 planks to help keep the walls as straight as possible. There is a garage door assembly and a door assembly. The straw will butt right into these.

The roof bearing assembly utilizes JSI - a girder-like structure that provides great strength to transfer the roof load onto the walls. These were assembled into a lattice like structure. The pictures show it all. (not all here yet)
