02/21/08	It is with great sadness that we report the passing of beloved classmate, Heather Reynolds Cecil. Heather passed away this past Monday, February 18th. A celebration of life will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Lynchburg. To read her complete obituary, please click here. Condolences may be sent to her parents, William and Shirley Reynolds, 1115 Dearing Street Lynchburg 24503. In addition, Mrs. Reynolds is putting together a memory book for Heather's daughter and is asking people to please send their remembrances/anecdotes/pictures/etc to her via email at [email protected]
9/12/07	Ms. Marie Waller, Social Studies Chair, AP U. S. History, European History and Comparative Government teacher, and ACE coach will be honored at a reception to be held at E. C. Glass on Sunday, September 23, 2007 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. This is an open invitation to anyone who may wish to attend. 6/21/05	It is with great sadness that we report the passing of our fellow classmate, Sanchez J. Taylor. Sanchez passed away last Thursday, June 16th. Funeral services will be held in Lynchburg.

8/11/04	What a success! What a wonderful time had by all!! Thank you to everyone who arrived at the different weekend events that made our ten year reunion weekend so amazing. It was incredible to see how GOOD everyone looked!! To those of you who couldn't attend, you truly missed an awesome time and we hope to catch you next time around at our 20th! 5/05/04	Happy Cinco De Mayo Everyone! The ECG Website turns one month old today! To celebrate... The Class Museum Opens It's Doors! Many of the theater programs and other "paper" items on the museum look less than spectacular and will hopefully be upgraded in the near future. If anyone has anything to add to the museum you know where to send them (see below)!
4/30/04	** WE NEED YOUR HELP ** Only ONE MONTH until the reunion newsletter hits your mailbox. HELP IT REACH EVERYONE! Please take a moment to look at the list of missing classmates one more time. If you have an e-mail, mailing address, phone # or any other contact info (parents, a general idea of where they are, etc..) we really need it as soon as possible! Thank you everyone! Put a reminder note on the refrigerator or bathroom mirror: "Help Find Classmates Today!"
4/26/04	In addition to all of the wonderful things we're working on, the official contact booklet is just ONE of them! At the reunion we will present each of you with a book filled with everyone's contact information. What a great little "yearbook" for everyone to sign over the reunion weekend! To help make this more than just a list of names and addresses, if you have any photos, poems, artwork or otherwise please send them to us! All mailed photos (recent or ancient, you decide!) will be returned asap, all e-mails will be graciously ackowledged! SAVE A STAMP! Send your pictures for the slide show and contact booklet together. Please send no later than June 30th! Thanks everyone!
4/16/04	A new link has been added to the (you'll never guess) "Link" section of the website. As many of you know ECG is undergoing some MAJOR renovations. Check out information on the Wall of Excellence that is being erected. Anyone remember when the community market in downtown Lynchburg was being built? People could buy bricks with their names on them...similar idea. Very cool!
4/08/04	Let's relive all of those wonderful Glass memories! Dig into your closet and pull out your old dusty photo albums! We need camping pictures, party pictures, trip pictures! ANY pictures from school you'd like to see splashed on the big screen..that's right! We're making a slide show! 4/07/04	The entire reunion committee (minus one, so sad!) will be home for Easter, working hard planning the reunion of course! Maybe we'll see you around town. Happy Easter everyone! Here comes Peter Cottontail hopping down the bunny trail! Has everyone seen the Toys R Us commercial with all the bunnies?? The Cadbury Bunny is still my favorite...
