Prayer of St. Ephraim the Syrian

O Lord and Master of my life, deliver me from the spirit of indolence, meddling, vain ambition, and idle talk.

Grant to me, Your servant, the spirit of prudence, humility, patience, and love.

Yes, Lord and King; grant me, that I may see my own faults, and not to judge my brother, for you are blessed to the Ages of Ages.  Amen.

The Lord's Prayer

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name, Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our tresspasses, as we forgive those who tresspass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

The Jesus Prayer

Lord, Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.
