For everyone who doesn't know Eccleshill is in Bradford, West Yorkshire and we play teams from all around this county in the league, and for the first time this season we could be playing as far a field as Sheffield due to our debut in the illustrious COUNTY CUP!
My name is Ben Holden and I am the goalkeeper for Eccie and my school 1st XI. I have been playing as a keeper for just over a year and I was released by Halifax Town F.C in March after six months coaching from Tony Parks who I am very grateful as my game has improved immensely after the training sessions I had with Tony.
Also at Eccleshill United we are always interested in arranging friendlies with new opposition in Yorkshire and surrounding areas aswell as the plans for an overseas tour within the next two years.
