Twenty years ago, I saw E.T. for the first time. It is the first movie I can clearly remember watching in the theatres. Along with me, the entire "X-Generation" grew up glued to our TVs, Big Screens, Ataris, Computers, Stereos, and Walkmans.
The definition of American Entertainment is as broad as the makeup of the nation.

American Entertainment has always defied convention. It is a culture dominated by the mass appeal of certain select outlets, yet the varieties could not be more amazing!
From backyard sports, to multi-dimetional film, American culture has it all. Much is exported, yet some would say that exporting is unintentional. American entertainment companies produce what the American public demands. Yet in the rest of the world's insatiable thirst for all-things-american, those entertainment vehicles are carried to multi national audiences who in turn are affected by what they see.- witness how many see that the start of the downfall of the soviet union was caused by soviet citizens being exposed to the US..
