How do I place an order?
To order simply click the "Add to Cart" icon located next to the item(s) you want and they will be added to your shopping cart. When you are done, simply click the "Checkout" icon next to the item.
Is there a minimum order?
There are absolutely no minimums to place an order.
Is there a handling fee?
Absolutely no handling fees. The only fees added onto your total besides your items are shipping fees.
All standard shipping fees apply to the U.S. only (Lower 48 states). For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please email us for a quote.
How fast do you ship?
All of our air ride products & accessories ship the same day (depending on what time we receive the order), or they ship the next day (Mon. - Fri.) UPS & FEDEX tracking information is provided once item(s) ship. All of our other product orders ship by the 2nd business day. However, sometimes during busy times of the year, some orders may take up to 72 hours to ship.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is automatically calculated based on the item you order. Just add the items you would like to find a shipping quote for, and you will be taken to another page where the shipping quote is listed. International shipping and shipping to AK and HI is extra. Email us for rates.
Do you drop ship?
Yes we do! If you would like a product shipped directly to your customer, at the bottom of the payment page in the box marked "Message to seller" simply enter in "Dropship" and enter your customer's shipping information. |
