The GS3 stands for the Green Street 3lite. We are a clan in the online game titled Counter-Strike: Source. The roots of the GS3 stem from an earlier version of Counter-Strike, version 1.6. The members of the Green Street 3lite is a clan that wants have fun and play CS:S. The members are all friends and roomates from The University of Toledo, fom the third floor of their dormatory (that is why Elite is spelled elite). Of the 22 guys living on the third floor, 14 plus our R.A. play either CS:S or CS: v1.6. Our tag is simple, {GS3}. We still play CS: v1.6 LAN and sometimes CS:S LAN in our dorm.

Some of our favorite maps are Dust, Dust 2, Assault, Nuke, Aztec, and Office. We ARE NOT a clan devoted to be the best in the world but to have fun. Our floor has become very close friends, and as we move on in college and in life, getting together to play CS will help us not only keep in touch, but reminisce of our college years.

Our name stems from a movie titles Green Street Hooligans. The GSE and the Green Street Elite are a English Soccer Firm. We all had seen the movie and it has quickly become one of our favorites. The GS3 and the Green Street 3lite was inspired by the Green Street Hooligans. The E in elite changed ot a 3 symbolizes the floor of our dorm that we live on.

The name, Green Street 3lite is inspired by the movie "Green Street Hooligans."
The abreviation, GS3 is also inspired from the GSE.
