I am a certified hatha yoga instructor, through the Golden Lotus Yoga Teachers Association since 1971, as well as past president of the association. My spiritual disciplines of yoga are based on Self-Realization Fellowship ideals and lessons, outlined by founder yoga master Paramahansa Yogananda (Great Swan of Yoga Bliss). In 1969 I was initiated into Kryia Yoga by Yogacharya Oliver, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda who founded Song of the Morning Ranch a yoga retreat near Vanderbilt, Michigan.

I have taught yoga classes in Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida and Ontario, Canada. I reside in Gaylord, Michigan. I teach classes regularly at Michaywe Clubhouse and the surrounding areas.

I am available for private or group hatha yoga sessions, as well as presentations on Bringing Yoga Into Your Life and How to Meditate. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher, I am available for Reiki healing treatments coupled with Dr. Yuens Methods of Chinese Energetic Healing and Chakra Balancing. On occasion I offer classes and attunements for Reiki Level I (Self healing), Level II (Healing others) and Level III (Master-Teacher).
